SignoArt takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state of the art facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; SignoArt will refund that purchase within 30 days from the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
*Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts (stones) for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval for full or partial refund.
After you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when mailing the package. SignoArt is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and tracking information.
Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
SignoArt will process your return upon receipt of the package. Secretium must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear during the 30-day period.
